Partner Jeffrey Babbin Quoted in Law360 on Appellate Oral Argument Involving COVID-19 Property Insurance Coverage

Partner Jeffrey Babbin was recently quoted in the Law360 article titled, “Ritz-Carlton, Quality Inn Fight For Virus Coverage At 7th Circ.” The article featured businesses claiming their policies with insurers should cover their pandemic-related losses. Jeffrey responded to these claims stating, “There has to be physical loss or damage to property, and let’s be clear, the Dallas Ritz -Carlton suffered no such loss.”
