Partner Jonathan Freiman Argues $582 Million Appeal on Behalf of Kuwaiti Ambassador
Partner Jonathan Freiman, chair of Wiggin and Dana’s Appellate Practice Group, recently defended a $582 million judgment awarded to a Kuwaiti ambassador found to have been the victim of a “long con” fraud.
