Partner Michael Menapace Quoted in COVID-19 Insurance Article for Agency Checklists

Wiggin and Dana Partner Michael Menapace was quoted in an article written for Agency Checklists on May 5, 2020. The article is titled, “InsurOp-Ed: Triple-I Thoughts On Business Interruption Litigation Filings,” and in the piece, Michael shares his thoughts on the impact the COVID-19 pandemic has on claim coverage and rewriting Business Interruption filings to cover such claims.
