Partner Paul Tuchmann Featured in the Media on Sam Bankman-Fried Trial

On October 1, 2023, Partner Paul Tuchmann was quoted in the Decrypt article titled, “Sam Bankman-Fried Has Few Pathways to Acquittal, Say Legal Experts.” The article discusses Former FTX Chief Executive Sam Bankman-Fried’s trial on fraud charges relating to the collapse of the bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange. Paul was also quoted in a recent Reuters article on the trial.

In addition, Paul appeared on the October 5 and October 6 editions of CNBC’s Crypto World program for an extended interview about the charges Bankman-Fried faces and the challenges he faces in mounting a successful defense.
