Partner Paul Tuchmann Quoted in Law360 Article on Former President Trump’s Upcoming Criminal Cases

On January 11, 2024, Partner Paul Tuchmann was quoted in the Law360 article titled, “On Your Mark, Get Set, Prosecute: Trump Cases Vie For Lead.”

With the race against the clock to try Former President Donald Trump on criminal charges before the general election later this year, Paul explains that while Trump’s hush money case in New York was the first criminal case filed against him, the federal case he faces in Washington is the “clear favorite to go first.” Paul continues, “It has a motivated prosecution team combined with a motivated judge who has already set a trial date sooner than any other trial.”
