Partner Robert Hoff Quoted in LegalTech News on 2023 Milestones for E-Discovery

On December 27, 2023, Partner Robert Hoff was quoted in the LegalTech News article titled, “Legal Tech’s Milestones for E-Discovery in 2023.”

Robert says, “2023 saw a marked increase in the use of new technology across diverse industries, directly impacting the practice of law.” Robert continues, “In the eDiscovery space, the year started with a focus on preserving and collecting information from newer data sources such as blockchain and ephemeral messaging apps. But when ChatGPT and AI exploded onto the scene, suddenly everyone questioned how that new technology will change the practice of law. If this year taught lawyers anything, it’s that practitioners need to constantly keep up with data technology trends and quickly anticipate how to handle new and diverse sources of data.”
