Partner Robert Hoff Quoted in LegalTech News on Predictions for E-Discovery in 2024

On January 16, 2024, Partner Robert Hoff was quoted in the LegalTech News article titled, “Legal Tech’s Predictions for E-Discovery in 2024.”

Robert says, “With the advent in 2023 of eDiscovery challenges concerning new technology and data sources such as ChatGPT, other AI tools, blockchain, and ephemeral messaging apps, I expect 2024 to result in case law telling lawyers how to handle such data.” Robert continues, “The disputes that have arisen or will arise because of handling or mishandling new data and technology will likely be decided in the near future, creating a potential new stream of case law and best practices to help direct practitioners in handling eDiscovery.”
