Sam Mihara’s Personal Stories of Imprisonment
In recognition of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, yesterday the firm was honored to host Sam Mihara, a national speaker on Mass Imprisonment in the United States. In his illuminating and compelling presentation, Sam shared his personal story of surviving Japanese imprisonment during World War II and the important lessons learned from this dark time in American history.
Education and awareness are key pillars of Wiggin and Danaโs Inclusion, Diversity and Equity efforts, and we are grateful to Sam for bringing his thought-provoking and insightful presentation to us.
