Wiggin and Dana has been named a top U.S. law firm by The Legal 500 U.S. 2025 Guide in the M&A, Venture Capital and Emerging Companies and Outsourcing Groups.

This is the eighth year in a row the firm’s Outsourcing Practice was ranked. It is the seventh year in a row that the firm’s M&A Practice has been recognized within the Middle-Market category. It is the second year that the firm is recognized within the Venture Capital and Emerging Companies Category.
