The National Law Journal Shortlists Wiggin and Dana for Litigation Departments of the Year – White Collar
Wiggin and Dana is proud to announce that its White Collar Defense, Investigations, and Corporate Compliance Practice Group has been selected by The National Law Journal as a finalist for Litigation Departments of the Year, White Collar.
The firm’s White Collar Defense, Investigations, and Corporate Compliance Practice Group includes former federal prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Offices for the District of Connecticut, Eastern District of New York, District of Delaware, and Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as alumni of the U.S. Department of Justice, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania prosecutor’s office, and the Attorney Generals offices in New York and Connecticut. With more than 100 years of combined experience, our partners bring deep expertise as both defense attorneys and prosecutors. They have held leadership roles across government and private sectors and have been widely recognized for their contributions and achievements.
Wiggin and Dana’s White Collar Defense, Investigations, and Corporate Compliance Practice Group is complemented by its International Trade Compliance Practice Group, a nationally recognized practice with deep experience in the aerospace, defense, and high-tech sectors. The team advises leading companies on high-stakes regulatory matters involving export controls, sanctions, and national security.
