Wiggin and Dana Advises Apis Point Energy in Series A Funding Round

Wiggin and Dana recently represented Apis Point Energy, a provider of innovative price risk management solutions for fuel dealers and commercial end-users, in a $4.2 million Series A funding round. The investment was led by Merrin Investors, LLC, the investment firm of FinTech pioneer Seth Merrin, founder of Liquidnet. Other investors included Neal Shear, former Global Head of Commodities at Morgan Stanley and former CEO of Cheniere Energy, and Joseph Kekst, founding partner of Boxcar Partners.

The Wiggin deal team consisted of Evan Kipperman, Adam Cohen, and Samantha Scheer.
