Wiggin and Dana is pleased to announce the promotions of three new counsel effective January 1, 2022. We are proud to congratulate this talented group of professionals who are well deserving of this promotion.

The three newly elected counsel are:

Robert J. Kornhaas advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and debt financing, commercial agreements, governance and general corporate matters, across multiple industries that include technology, life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, digital media, consumer products and food and beverage. R.J. received his J.D. with honors from Emory University School of Law.

David Norman-Schiff represents a range of clients including manufacturers, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, franchisors, and individuals in litigation and arbitration. Representative matters include product liability cases, commercial breach of contract disputes, consumer protection and unfair trade practices claims, and high-stakes business litigation. David is a committed member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, supporting community building and professional development activities and fostering a culture of inclusivity. David received his J.D. summa cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law.

Joshua J. Wyatt represents employers against claims of discrimination and retaliation in administrative proceedings, arbitrations, and state and federal courts. He also regularly advises clients regarding personnel policies and practices, wage and hour compliance, implementation and enforcement of restrictive covenants, offers letters and separation agreements, and other employment-related documents. Josh received his J.D. from Western New England College School of Law.
