Wiggin and Dana Attorneys Guide Yale Law School’s Appellate Litigation Project Clinic Students in Third Circuit Victory

Wiggin and Dana attorneys Tadhg Dooley and Benjamin Daniels are mentioned in the Winter 2020 edition of the Yale Law Report article, “Appellate Litigation Project Prevails in Third Circuit.” Tadhg and Ben are co-instructors of Yale’s Appellate Litigation Clinic and visiting Clinical Lecturers in Law at Yale Law School. They successfully guided Clinic students in their representation of a former prisoner before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, which issued a precedential decision in the case.
