Wiggin and Dana Client 6K Raises $51 Million in Series C Fundraising

Wiggin and Dana recently represented its client 6K, an advanced materials manufacturer with a proprietary plasma technology, designed to revolutionize the production processes of nanomaterials, in raising $51 million in its Series C Fundraising. The financing round was led by Volta Energy Technologies, joined by new investors Catalus Capital and S Cap/Prithvi Ventures, and existing investors Anzu Partners, Launch Capital, Material Impact, and RKS Ventures. Partners Evan Kipperman, David Hall, Scott McClure, and Associates Brian Sturm, and Michael Paciorek were integral to the success of this transaction.
