Wiggin and Dana Client Acclaro Announces Strategic Transaction

On January 31, 2024, Wiggin and Dana client Acclaro Localization & Technology LLC (formerly Acclaro, Inc.), completed a strategic transaction with Jonckers to create a “leading global AI-powered language services provider.” Partners Paul Hughes and R.J. Kornhaas and Associates Michael Paciorek and Sarah Cherfan were integral to the transaction’s success.
