Wiggin and Dana Client Inbox Health Raises $15 Million in Series A Fundraising

On April 5, 2021, Wiggin and Dana represented its client Inbox Health, a platform modernizing patient billing, in raising $15 million in its Series A Fundraising. The financing was led by Commerce Ventures and investors included Vertical Venture Partners, Healthy Ventures, Collaborative Fund, Fairview Capital, CT Innovations, and I2BF Global Ventures, as well as industry leading individuals including Bill Clerico, Co-Founder and Former CEO of WePay. Partner Evan Kipperman, Counsel Adam Silverman, and Associate Jermaine Brookshire, Jr. were integral to the success of this transaction.
