Wiggin and Dana Client Inbox Health Raises $22.5 Million in Series B Fundraising

Wiggin and Dana recently represented its client Inbox Health, a leading platform for patient billing communications, in raising $22.5 million in its Series B Fundraising. The Series B financing round was led by Ten Coves Capital with participation from existing investors including Commerce Ventures, CT Innovations, Vertical Venture Partners, Healthy Ventures and Fairview Capital. Partners Adam Silverman, Evan Kipperman, and Associate Jermaine Brookshire Jr. were integral to the success of this transaction.
