Wiggin and Dana Client Insight Risk Technologies Acquired by Velocity Underwriters

Wiggin and Dana recently represented client Insight Risk Technologies in its sale of a controlling equity stake to Velocity Underwriters, which is, in turn, controlled by Oaktree Capital. Insight Risk is an insurance managing general agency in the builder’s risk category, using IOT solutions to reduce water damage losses and deliver value-added benefits. Partners James Greifzu and Robert Kornhaas and Associates Brittany Lyon and Adam Cohen were integral to the success of the transaction.
