Wiggin and Dana Client Southfield Capital Announces Acquisitions

Wiggin and Dana recently represented client Southfield Capital and its portfolio company, Milrose Consultants, a building compliance services and solutions firm, in their acquisitions of JM Zoning, LLC and Project Expediters Consulting Corp. (PECC) JM Zoning is a New York City based permitting and zoning consultancy and PECC is a permitting expediting firm based in Englishtown, NJ. Partners Mark Kaduboski and James Greifzu were integral to the success of these transactions.
