Wiggin and Dana Franchise Partners Named 2020 Legal Eagles

Wiggin and Dana is proud to announce that Franchise and Distribution Partners John Doroghazi, Dean Fournaris and Kevin Kennedy have been named 2020 Legal Eagles in the 2020 edition of the Franchise Times.

This year, Kevin Kennedy was also honored in the 2020 Hall of Fame. According to the Franchise Times, attorneys who are honored in the Hall of Fame have “been part of the Hall of Fame for 10 years, and [are] joining the ranks of the best franchise attorneys in the industry.”

The Legal Eagles is an annual listing that recognizes the top lawyers in franchising. To be included in the list, attorneys must be nominated by either their peers or their clients and must meet the criteria of the Franchise Times editorial panel.

Wiggin and Dana’s Franchise and Distribution Group provides a wide range of services to franchisors and product manufacturers, including counseling companies on the initial decision to franchise, preparing franchise agreements and disclosure documents, negotiating with franchisees and suppliers, litigation and arbitration.
