Wiggin and Dana Obtains Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings for Zurich American Insurance Company in COVID-19 Lawsuit

Partner Michael Menapace and Counsel Susan M. Kennedy recently secured a motion for judgment on the pleadings on behalf of Zurich American Insurance Company in a COVID-19 business interruption insurance coverage dispute. The federal court agreed that Qdoba Resturant Corp. failed to demonstrate a physical loss or damage from COVID19 or related government orders.
