Wiggin and Dana Obtains Summary Judgment for American Guarantee and Liability Insurance Company in COVID-19 Lawsuit

Partner Michael Menapace and Associates Catherine Baiocchi and Alundai Benjamin recently obtained a motion for judgment on behalf of American Guarantee and Liability Insurance Company in a COVID-19 lawsuit. The New Jersey Superior Court agreed that DGMB Casino, LLC, which owns and operates the Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, caused its own losses when it voluntarily ceased all operations between March and July 2020.
