Wiggin and Dana Partner Aaron Bayer Addresses East Windsor Casino Lawsuits in Article Published by The Day

Wiggin and Dana Partner Aaron Bayer recently attended an informational forum held by the Connecticut legislature’s Public Safety and Security Committee. While there, Aaron answered legislators’ questions about litigation related to the new casino in East Windsor, Connecticut that is being developed by MMCT, the LLC formed by Connecticut’s two federally recognized Indian tribes, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe and the Mohegan Tribe.

Mr. Bayer’s comments were quoted in a February 11, 2020 article in The Day titled, “Tribes Stick to Exclusivity Claim at Forum on Sports-Betting Legislation.”
