Wiggin and Dana Partner Dimitri Tournas Named One of Fairfield County’s “40 Under Forty”
Wiggin and Dana’s Real Estate Partner, Dimitri Tournas, has been recognized by the Fairfield County Business Journal as one of this year’s “40 Under Forty” award recipients. This honor is presented annually to 40 business professionals under the age of 40 who have achieved distinction as leaders in their respective fields.
Dimitri is a Partner in Wiggin and Dana’s Real Estate, Construction and Facilities Department. He is also Co-Chair of the Family Office and Strategic Investment Group. His practice includes representing a wide array of clients including high net worth individuals and family offices in commercial and residential real estate sales and acquisitions, financing transactions, leasing transactions, and development and construction contract negotiation.
Dimitri also has experience in corporate entity formation, including drafting limited partnership agreements, operating agreements, bylaws and resolutions as well as employment, independent contractor, and non-solicitation agreements.
The “40 Under Forty” honorees, who have been selected for their “extraordinary leadership qualities, ongoing commitment to personal and professional development, and outstanding accomplishments that have made an impact” in their respective business sectors, will be recognized at an awards ceremony and reception on June 13, 2024.
