Wiggin and Dana Partner Featured in CT Next Blog

Wiggin and Dana Corporate Partner Tony Gangemi was featured in a CT Next Blog post titled, “Ask an Expert: America Invents Act.”

In the blog post, Tony discusses the impact that the America Invents Act will have on startups, commenting that, “It should encourage you to file a provisional application sooner rather than later. Beginning on March 16, 2013, the America Invents Act (AIA) switches U.S. patent law from a first-to-invent system to a first-to-file system.
