Wiggin and Dana Recognized as One of the Most Active Firms in Venture Capital in Quarterly Interactive Global League Tables

On May 23, 2022, Pitchbook once again recognized Wiggin and Dana as one of the most active firms in Venture Capital Transactions in its Quarterly Interactive Global League Tables. Notably, the firm was listed as one of the most active firms in Venture Capital Transactions in New England as well as in the HC Services space.

Some of the firm’s Q1 2022 transactions were:

Represented 6K, an advanced materials manufacturer with a proprietary plasma technology, designed to revolutionize the production processes of nanomaterials, in raising $102 million in its Series D Fundraising.
Represented Exela Technologies, Inc. (“Exela” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: XELA), a global business process automation (BPA) leader, in its strategic investment in UBERDOC, Inc.
Represented Blue Orange Digital, a data science, machine learning, and data visualization firm, in selling a minority stake of the company to Oliver Wyman.
