Wiggin and Dana Represents Aero Mist, Inc. in its Sale to Crown Capital Investments

Wiggin and Dana LLP represented Aero Mist, Inc., the largest manufacturer, and distributor of misting systems and accessories, in its sale to Crown Capital Investments, Atlanta -based private equity firm. The transaction closed on May 16, 2022. In 2008, Aero Mist was proud to announce the new, innovative, adjustable Portable Misting Tower. The tower is constructed with a lightweight, anodized aluminum frame, and a stainless steel mist bar and connects either to a garden hose or a PSI misting pump. The Wiggin team, led by Corporate Partner Bill Perrone, consisted of Corporate Counsel Giuseppe Scaravilli and Associate Daniel Nambiar.
