Wiggin and Dana Represents Cibes Lift Group in its Acquisition of Bella Elevator LLC
Wiggin and Dana LLP (“Wiggin”) served as US counsel to Cibes Lift Group (“Cibes”), a Swedish manufacturer of platform lifts for installation in public and private environments, in connection with Cibes’ acquisition of Bella Elevator LLC, an Illinois based manufacturer of Symmetry Elevating Solutions, with sales throughout the U.S. and Canada. The acquisition secures a manufacturing center for Cibes in the United States and further establishes its U.S. presence. Advokatfirman Lindahl KB serves as Swedish counsel to Cibes.
