Wiggin and Dana Represents Client 6K in Joint Development Agreement with Albemarle Corporation

Wiggin and Dana recently represented its client 6K, an advanced materials manufacturer with a proprietary microwave plasma processing technology, in its joint development agreement with Albemarle Corporation (NYSE: ALB), a global leader in advanced lithium materials, to develop novel lithium battery materials. In addition to the joint development agreement, Albemarle has made an undisclosed investment in 6K through Volta Energy Technologies. Partners Toby Bannon, Evan Kipperman, and Associate Brian Sturm were integral to the success of this transaction.
