Wiggin and Dana Represents Client Aware Recovery Care in Growth Investment with Health Enterprise Partners

Wiggin and Dana Partner Evan Kipperman and Associates Jermaine Brookshire, Jr. and R.J. Kornhaas recently represented client Aware Recovery Care – a pioneer in the in-home addiction treatment space – in an investment led by Health Enterprise Partners (HEP) for the purpose of supporting rapid expansion and increasing access to high-quality, whole-person healthcare. Aware Recovery Care is an innovative addiction rehabilitative treatment company and currently provides its program in several states which include Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Florida, and Massachusetts.
