Wiggin and Dana Represents Client Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (Sobi) In Donation Collaboration Agreement with Sanofi and World Federation of Hemophilia

On behalf of the Firm, Wiggin and Dana Partner Toby Bannon represented client Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB in its original and expanded Donation Collaboration Agreement with Sanofi and the World Federation of Hemophilia to bring an unprecedented 1 billion IUs of hemophilia product to patients in need around the world. In addition to donations of product, the companies will continue to provide financial support for initiatives such as treatment, access and education programs.
