Wiggin and Dana Represents Exela Technologies, Inc. in its Strategic Investment in UBERDOC, Inc.

Wiggin and Dana LLP represented Exela Technologies, Inc. (“Exela” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: XELA), a global business process automation (BPA) leader, in its strategic investment in UBERDOC, Inc. UBERDOC is a leading patient access and price transparency platform that connects patients to top doctors. The transaction closed on March 25, 2022. Partners Adam Silverman, Evan Kipperman and Associate Michael Paciorek were integral to the success of this transaction.
