Wiggin and Dana Represents Genovis AB and Genovis Inc. in Acquisition of QED Bioscience Inc.

Wiggin and Dana Partners Sapna Palla and Heather Rahilly recently and successfully represented Genovis AB, a Swedish public biopharmaceutical company and manufacturer of enzymes, along with its US subsidiary, Genovis Inc., in connection with Genovis’ acquisition of all of the outstanding equity of QED Bioscience Inc., a biotechnology company and manufacturer of antibodies based in San Diego, CA.
