Wiggin and Dana Represents IsoPlexis in $135 Million Financing Transaction

On January 7, 2021, Wiggin and Dana represented its client, IsoPlexis, the leader in single-cell functional proteomics, in raising $135M in its Series D financing, comprised of $85M in equity securities and a $50M credit facility. The financing was led by Perceptive Advisors and included investments from Ally Bridge Group, funds and accounts managed by BlackRock and existing investors. Attorneys Evan Kipperman, R.J. Kornhaas, Michael Grundei, Brian Sturm and Madeleine Tavcar were integral to the success of this transaction.
