Wiggin and Dana Represents Siemens in its Strategic Investment in WiTricity

Wiggin and Dana LLP represented Siemens, a leading global technology company in its $25 million strategic investment in WiTricity. WiTricity is a trailblazer in wireless charging for electric vehicles, leading the development and implementation of magnetic resonance technology across passenger and commercial vehicles. The transaction closed on June 9, 2022. Partner Evan Kipperman, Counsel R.J. Kornhaas and Associate Kelsey Loomis were integral to the success of this transaction.
