Wiggin and Dana Represents WPG Fasteners, Inc. in Connection With its Sale to Blevins, Inc.

Wiggin and Dana LLP represented WPG Fasteners, Inc. d/b/a Apple Outdoor Supply (“WPG”), a wholesaler of shed, barn, outdoor furniture, and playset hardware and essentials, in connection with the sale of all of its assets to Blevins, Inc. The transaction closed on December 10, 2021. WPG’s commitment to providing quality and competitively priced products to its customers has led its humble inception over 20 years ago to culminate into it becoming one of the largest wholesale hardware distributors to the barn and shed industry. The Wiggin team, led by Corporate Partner Bill Perrone, consisted of Corporate Associates Aaron Ryne and Jermaine Brookshire, Jr., Real Estate Partner Dimitrios Tournas, Environmental Partner Michael Miller, Labor, Employment and Benefits Partner Christian Chandler, Tax Partner Scott McClure, Labor and Employment Partner Lawrence Peikes, and Data Privacy Partner Michelle DeBarge.
