Wiggin and Dana Secures Dismissal of COVID-19 Insurance Coverage Lawsuit by NJ Gym

January 5, 2022

Partner Michael Menapace and Associate Catherine Baiocchi, recently helped secure a victory for American Zurich Insurance Company in a COVID-19 business interruption insurance coverage case. The putative nationwide class action was pending in the Eastern District of New York.
