Wiggin and Dana Significantly Expands its Intellectual Property Litigation Team

Wiggin and Dana LLPโ€™s Intellectual Property Practice is pleased to announce that seasoned litigator Kate Cassidy and her team have joined the firmโ€™s growing New York office as a partner in its Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. Cassidy also extends the capabilities of the firmโ€™s Life Sciences Practice Group as well as the Antitrust and Technology Disputes Practice Group.

An experienced trial lawyer, Kate focuses her practice on complex technology and IP disputes, including arbitrations and litigations. She has represented a wide range of clientsโ€”from startups to Fortune 100 companiesโ€”in complex commercial and IP litigation cases across the biotech, software, pharmaceutical, medical device, materials and textiles, telecommunications, financial services, and retail and consumer goods industries.

Kate is also joined by new Associate Tala Sebastian and Special Counsel Maria Granovsky and Steven Hansen.ย Kate, Maria and Steven all litigated IP cases while at Quinn Emmanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP and the litigation boutique LTL Attorneys LLP before joining our team.
