Wiggin and Dana’s Opportunity Initiative Featured in Law360

The firm’s Wiggin Opportunity Initiative (WOI), was featured in Law360‘s article, “Wiggin And Dana Minority Biz Effort Donates $1M In Services.” Discussing Wiggin and Dana’s commitment to provide diverse leadership and $10 million in legal services to help minority-owned businesses. The article features WOI client, Devaso, a maker of high-quality nanofiber face masks. David said Wiggin helped with a variety of business issues, including addressing an objection from a competitor and protection of the company’s trademarks. “Wiggin’s team has been very easy to work with, super-responsive and very commercial with its legal counsel; we have relied on Wiggin to assist across a broad scope, including developing and protecting our [intellectual property] rights globally, and navigating complicated regulatory regimes and general corporate matters,” said David Sajous, Desavo co-founder.
