Wiggin Representation of Foreign Sovereign in U.S. Supreme Court Widely Reported

The U.S. Supreme Court recently granted Wigginโ€™s request to hear a case brought against its foreign sovereign clients the Federal Republic of Germany and the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation, a Smithsonian-like institution in Berlin.
