Amanda is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department, based in the firm’s New York office.

She works on a range of emerging company and venture capital matters, mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Amanda worked at a global law firm representing issuers and financial institutions in a variety of capital markets transactions. She also served as legal counsel in the research division of a major investment bank.

Amanda attended the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the 20th anniversary volume of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal.

Prior to attending law school, Amanda had an extensive career in corporate event marketing, specializing in conferences, trade shows and other business-to-business events.
