Avishai Don is Counsel in Wiggin and Dana’s Litigation Department. He represents companies and individuals in complex commercial disputes, with particular experience in technology, intellectual property, media, and internet-related litigation.
Prior to joining Wiggin, Avishai practiced in the Internet Strategy and Litigation Department of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he represented internet and media companies in complex litigation involving copyright, trademark, defamation, products liability, privacy, and First Amendment issues.
Avishai served as a law clerk to Judge Debra Ann Livingston on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor of the Harvard Law Review and interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Harvard University.
