Brenda Bicking joined Wiggin and Dana in 2024 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. She is a senior-level financial management and operations executive with over 25 years of experience in service industries, focusing on law firms. She has served as an executive director, educator, executive trainer and management consultant for large, mid-sized, and small law firms in several domestic markets.

Brenda has broad experience guiding executives regarding financial management and compensation modeling, human resources and operational compliance. She has consulted with law firms on matters ranging from financial planning and business analytics to software implementation, technology security and partner compensation analysis.

Bicking earned her MBA in Finance and her B.A. (summa cum laude) in English and Political Science from West Chester University. She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and National Association for Law Placement (NALP).
