Associate

Brittany is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Department in the New Haven office, where she represents corporate clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, outsourcing, technology transactions and other complex corporate transactions and related corporate governance matters. She advises clients across multiple industries, including manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, biotech, and several services sectors. She is also a member of wiggin(x). 

Prior to working at a law firm, Brittany worked as a Senior Tax Consultant with Deloitte Tax LLP in New York, NY for four years. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Psychology from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts.

  • Representing Southfield Capital Partners, a Connecticut middle market private equity firm, in connection with its acquisition of middle market companies throughout the United States.
  • Representing Anticimex International AB, a leading global pest control company based in Stockholm, Sweden, in connection with its entry and continued expansion into the United States pest control market through various platform and add-on acquisitions.  Anticimex is controlled by Swedish private equity group EQT.
  • Representing PetVet Care Centers Management, LLC, a KKR portfolio company in connection with its acquisition of veterinary hospitals throughout the United States.
  • Represented DexKo Global Inc., a KPS Capital Partners portfolio company and a global leader in axles, chassis, and trailers, in connection with its acquisition of the Fenders N’ More business line of C. Wolfe Industries, Inc., a manufacturer and assembler of customized and production fenders. The business line carveout asset transaction was the latest in a series of middle-market acquisitions DexKo has engaged in throughout the United States.
  • Represented The Marlin Company, a Connecticut based provider of workplace signage, in connection with Marlin’s sale to AppSpace, a Marlin competitor and portfolio company of LLR Equity Partners, a Philadelphia, PA-based private equity firm.
  • Represented Optinova Holding Ab in connection with the sale of their US business comprised of two subsidiaries, specializing in medical tubing, to TE Connectivity.
  • Represented Inbox Health, a patient communication platform for medical billers, in raising $3.5M in its Series Seed Prime financing led by Healthy Ventures.
