Courtney is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department.

Based in the firm’s Boston office, Courtney focuses her practice on entity and joint venture formation, organizational structure, corporate conversions, inter-founder matters, private financing, corporate governance, and capitalization table management.

Courtney received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she served as President of the Health Law Society and the Director of Programming for the Black Law Students Association. She received her B.A. in Neuroscience from Bates College.
