Daniel is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked as a corporate associate at an international law firm in New York, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; corporate governance matters; and public company compliance with federal securities laws and reporting requirements. Daniel has represented both public and private companies across a range of industries, including healthcare, real estate, and transportation.

Before attending law school, Daniel worked as an analyst in investment banking where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Daniel received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Fordham International Law Journal. He received his M.S. in Finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management and his B.A. in Economics from Boston College’s College of Arts and Sciences.
