David is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s Outsourcing and Technology Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, David worked at a global law firm as part of their technology transactions group. David’s experience covers all manner of technology-related arrangements, including IP licensing, software development, SaaS platforms, consulting services, e-commerce websites, AI and machine learning, robotic automation and similar technology-focused commercial deals.

David received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as Editor in Chief for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. He received his B.S. in Liberal Studies from Purdue University Global. Before that, David served as a combat photographer in the United States Army from 2012-2018.
