Elishama (Eli) Rudolph is a Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Department and is based in the New York office. He focuses his practice on corporate transactions and corporate finance, including mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance matters and securities law compliance. He is also a member of wiggin(x).

Eli has over 13 years of experience representing public and private companies in a diverse range of corporate transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. He assists clients in all aspects of company life cycle from formation through exit and serves as a trusted advisor. Eli has also represented venture capital funds, private companies, high net-worth individuals and family offices in preferred equity and debt financings.

Eli received his BS in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University and his JD from Cornell Law School. During his time at Cornell Law School, Eli made the Dean’s List and was the head teaching assistant for Business and Hospitality Law in the school’s College of Hotel Administration.
