Elizabeth is an Associate in Wiggin and Dana’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including healthcare liability, medical malpractice, casualty, and other high-exposure matters.

Her experience includes drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and advising clients on litigation strategy and risk exposure. Prior to joining Wiggin and Dana, Elizabeth represented healthcare providers, nursing homes, insurers, and other defendants in medical malpractice and liability matters.

Elizabeth also served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York. In that role, she prosecuted a broad range of criminal matters, secured felony indictments before the Grand Jury, obtained convictions at trial, conducted evidentiary hearings, and managed a substantial caseload through all stages of litigation. She worked closely with victims and witnesses while litigating complex legal issues and authoring motions addressing novel questions of law.
