Elyssa is an Associate in the Litigation Department at Wiggin and Dana.

Before joining Wiggin and Dana, Elyssa practiced at a boutique law firm, where she litigated estate related matters and a wide-range of sophisticated business disputes in New York’s state and federal courts, particularly the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court. Her recent experience includes matters involving contract disputes, enforcement of intellectual property rights and corporate governance.

Elyssa received her J.D., cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, where she served as Associate Editor for the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. She received her B.A. in English from Emory University.
